Bought a new Asus (thinking of taking it back after reading these reviews). Poor customer service. Chat is a joke. They clearly have default/key responses. Constantly trying to bump you out when the customer is the one waiting for a response. You can tell the quality of a company by how easy it is to communicate with them. Stay away from Asus! Their system would not even let me register my product. My sense is they read these reviews, know they are in trouble with the consumer and rig the system so they avoid contact with their customers.
