I’ve bought a chrome book, it switches itself off when you type. I’ve returned this to them to repair three times and they’ve refused to replace it, even though this is a common fault with the model. I’ve basically paid for a laptop I can’t use, they aren’t repairing and are refusing to replace. It feels like they are waiting for the warranty to run out they have no obligation to repair.
