Terrible products and service! My chrome book (£553) screen cracked after 41 days and due to customer damage (I didn’t damage it - a claim that had been ignored time and time again) they say it’s out of warranty and therefore I should pay £300 for repair!!! Absolutely disgraceful, they don’t seem to care about their customers at all as they also didn’t mention that there was a £45 handling fee when they asked me to send it off for repair - after initially rejecting my claim!! Of course they won’t discuss anything until you do send it off for repair and then hit you with these fees. Even before the crack in the screen appeared and it lost functionality I wouldn’t have recommended it, it wasn’t user friendly; there’s no caps button, instead it’s the search button plus ctrl so very difficult to use for anything other than watching TV/films and it still can’t handle that without breaking! It’s also taken 11 months for me to have my chrome book held hostage unless I pay £300 or £45...amazed they have any repeat customers at all!
