One of the worst companies to deal with. My motherboard had a couple of small scratches right from the moment I got it out of the box. Didn't think they were important since everything was working fine. Two months later the RAM started malfunctioning and after a few tries and long customer service calls they asked me to ship it in for repairs. But as soon as they got it, warranty was rejected because of scratches on the board! To make a long story short, the price for "fixing" day 1 existing scratches was higher than the cost of the board. Who would pay more to fix than to buy a new one?Generally rude when contacted and without any sense of reasoning. That's ASUS these days. Done with it.
