Asus policy is to NOT send replacement on defective warranty items. You WILL be stuck without your phone or laptop until they ship it back to you!!! Can you get by without a phone or laptop for days or weeks (still haven't figured out how long it will take).Get a brand that cares about your business and not just flashy technology.
