I agree with many of the NEGATIVE ratings

I agree with many of the ratings. I purchased a notebook less than a year ago and after 8 months started experiencing heavy latency. I sent it back and it came back with a replaced motherboard. STILL, the laptop was getting slower and slower. They agreed it was their hardware and after countless phone calls that would go on for hours at a time, they left me hanging. I took it back to Best Buy (who simply stated it was out of warranty) and now I have to cover the repairs myself. My advice - NEVER EVER buy another Asus product again. Negative starts would be appropriate here as well. Best Buy should also improve their service.
