If I could give 0 stars I would. If anyone from AT&T is reading this, this is for you. Just wanted to let you all know that you have by far the worst customer service ever! One of your sales reps just called my office and after I told them “would you please remove us from your calling list because we get multiple calls a day and we have discussed the services before and are not interested” he literally told me well you’re nobody but a receptionist there and you don’t make decisions so you shouldn’t say that”. What the hell. Fist of all, I’m the office manager and I do make the decisions, and secondly, it doesn’t matter who the hell they are speaking to, this is not how you talk to a client. This is why we left AT&T to begin with. No wonder people keep leaving AT&T! Train your staff better! Absolutely rude and disrespectful! Services bad and the reps are even worse. I will never work with AT&T ever again and will make sure that no company and office we know works with you either.
