Recently added two line and unfortunately I was not allowed by xfinity to transfer my number.was told multiple times I would a $800 reward due to it and not to worry called today and two agents said that is not available and that they can't do anything about it.im overly pissed off that they lied to me and who know how many other people. They didn't even bother to try and help read comments or notes or look for the call they said it's out of their hands
