The most expensive service with the worst systems

AT&T is one of the most disorganized and disconnected company ever. I had so many issues with this company. I bought a package (Phone + wireless + Internet). The promise was that my total bill would be $126, but then the promos were really sketchy. If you purchase $17 worth of protection, only then they will give $300 more discount on the phone. So, technically you are spending 17*36 = $612 to get $300, so hatsoff to the person who designed this scheme. Another wonderful scheme is that you pay $12 per day for using your phone outside US. My T-mobile used to be free. The device that they sent me was lost in transit, i reported it as stolen, but they didn't take any action, and 7 months later, they said that i have to pay $2100 for the lost device. Thank god i reported to UPS that device was stolen and had proofs of my calls and reports, if not, they would have screwed me to pay the $2100. They even threaten you if you don't pay, so keep your proofs in email. Because their systems are broken and not connected, they would charge me $170. None of the packages were bundled and i wasn't getting discounts. I spent numerous hours talking to them trying to explain. they just want to sell and charge you, they don't care what your problem is.No wonder why they are on the decline.
