AT&T's internet service is a nightmare: unreliable, with constantly changing prices, and wildly inconsistent information. I'd rate them 1 star. However, I want to give a special 10-star shoutout to Charlene, a representative who was incredibly helpful and understanding. She was the only positive experience in a sea of frustration. Avoid AT&T, but seek out Charlene if you can!
