Very bad experience in the Target store with AT&t. They were in the electronics section and offered a very promising promotion. I signed up for it. I had so much difficulty getting the phone shipped to me. I went to an AT&t retail store and found out that I was being charged for the upper plan that I did not agreed to. The same promotion was going on at the AT& t retail store. I would not suggest that you not go through Target, Costco or any other stores like that go directly to the AT&t store. You can get the same deal. It was a very bad experience for me.
