I am extremely disappointed with AT&T’s services and overall customer experience. Over time, I’ve encountered numerous issues, including: 1. Scamming Prices: The pricing I was quoted initially is nowhere near what I’m being charged. Hidden fees and unexpected increases have become a regular occurrence. 2. Broken Agreements: Promises made during sign-up, such as discounts or promotions, were not honored. When I attempted to resolve these issues, I was met with excuses or misinformation. 3. Slow and Unreliable Services: The internet speed I’m receiving is far below what I’m paying for. Frequent outages and inconsistent service have made it impossible to rely on AT&T for work or entertainment. 4. Poor Customer Service: Every interaction with customer support has been frustrating. Long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and a lack of accountability have made resolving issues nearly impossible.I expected a reputable company like AT&T to deliver on its promises and provide a positive customer experience. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. I urge the company to take customer feedback seriously, improve their transparency, and provide the reliable service they advertise.Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend AT&T to anyone.
