AT&T just doesn't care

I am having problems with my phone, no idea if it is me the phone or an update that went wrong. I tried to go to the Ocala store for help but they only answer questions if you are buying a phone so I called. Hot my call back in 30 minuets as promised. Spoke with the person for 6 minuets and the call dropped. After 5 minuets she came back on an said her internet went down. I asked that my problem be escalated. After 20 minutes a coworker picked up. Was then quickly transfered to supervisor John. Explained my issues and he nicely said we would go through them.....and ...then...the call dropped. Total time 63 minuetsTotal problems resolved 0
