I was trying to take advantage of the plans through Costco offering new phones signed up for him, and after four hours at the kiosk and talking to multiple customer service reps at their 833 number I was ready to throw all the phones through one of the TVs at Costco. Worst customer service ever, I was hopeful after 17 year hiatus from AT&T. Their customer service has improved. It’s only gotten worse. Do not do business with them.
