I called AT&T because I paid my internet bill, I received an email saying my payment FAILED! I checked my account balance and the funds were taken out. I called AT&T had to wait for someone to call me back. When they called me back the person could not help me (Sam). I asked to speak with a supervisor I waited for 45 minutes. Which is unacceptable and unprofessional to me. I had a HARD time understanding San and the supervisor they both was talking so fast. I had to ask both of them slow down so I can understand what they were saying. Plus they try to over talk me too.The problem I was trying to get resolved was so SIMPLE. They said I was on auto pay I said I am not because I pay my bill on phone each month. So I said AT&T owes me money so AT&T is double dipping. If AT&T is taking it out of my account and I am paying it too, Neither one of them could not understand what I was talking about. I will be calling the corporate office on Monday and I am going to change inter provider. Not a happy customer with AT&T!!
