Horrible customer service

Well I had to hook up a line just to see if I had service! Found out I did so after 5 days I switched from Verizon to AT&T and now they sent me a bill for 303 plus 139 and they will not help me figure out why or how to fix it!! It’s true what they say grass is not greener on the other side!! Customer service is horrible!! Service is mediocre at best!! I would highly recommend a different provider!! Wait times are insane
