I just ported in my number from t-mobile 7/27, to At&t. I was informed my bill was $46 dollars a month, with all my discounts, by two different agents. The date is now 8/30, and the charge for the bill that needs to be paid on 9/14 is $166. My activation fee was waived, I have an internet bundle, I have a union discount, and other fees were waived for porting in my number. I was warned not to switch to AT&T for this exact reason. But the experience so far since switching is worse than I was told. They have horrible network of communication between stores, customer service and information in there database. You will get a different answer every time you talk to some one new. AT&T, is easily the worst service provider I have ever had by far. And I have only had them a month. I will be switching back immediately!
