Zero rating would be correct

Zero rating would be correct. I upgraded 3 phones and had to return them when I received the new phones. I just got one of the phones returned to me with a letter saying I didn't return them in the allowed time period, and am be charged $900 for my troubles. Customer service could not and will not work on a resolution. I will be changing my provider and canceling my DTV because of this unprofessionalism.
