In the last 5 months I have been without internet for 4 weeks. This time I had an appointment on Tues and nobody showed up. They texted me after 7pm to say they couldn't come and I would be "priority" for the next day. Apparently we have different definitions of priority as it is 3:30pm on Wed and I'm still waiting 😡Finally heard from a tech at 5:15, it will be fixed tomorrow
