I’ve had AT&T for 5 years now and my bundle discounts were never applied for having their internet and phone services. They were not willing to give me a discount by a manager. I was told it’s ONLY FOR NEW CUSTOMER!!!!! So they don’t care if they lose a loyal customer. Thank you to Trinity for her great customer service and for understanding. She was able to apply some discount for being a loyal customer. She didn’t want to lose a loyal customer. Thank you again Trinity.
