My phone stopped working so I went to an at&t store & was told my phone needed replaced & they were not allowed to open the new one until I paid for it?? So I paid for it & after they opened it they still would not work so they told me my account was that old that it was discontinued & I would need to open a new one?? But after I said I was going to leave & contact AT&T direct they finally got the new phone working under the old plan I was told but I still paid for a new phone I d id not need (would not take it back because it was opened) now I get my first bill since I was there & it is all screwed up & can not talk to anyone in the US on the phone to get it taken care of VERY POOR SERVICE if you are thinking about AT&T look else where after 20 years they could care less. Run & do not look back
