We’ve paid $50 a month for extra protection on our cell phones with AT&T for years - a phone got damaged and not only did they not honor the plan but upgraded us to a new plan that was supposed to cost the same and yet our monthly bill is now $100 more! Total scam and untrustworthy - we’ll be checking out the competition this week
