I switched up my internet service to internet about 3 months ago when a representative from AT7T come to my door to hype the new fiber-optic line.When I signed up I was promised: (1) A senior discount rate; (2) A $300 visa gift card;Neither of these things have happened and the At&T phone representatives just tell me there is no senior rate for internet and I don't qualify for the gift card. The phone reps say that the people that enrolled me in the plan were not AT&T employees and so AT&T is not bound by the agreements made.That seems irresponsible to me, since AT&T allows these people to represent them and enroll new customers. Furthermore, I know that someone that definitely worked for AT&T showed up at the house to review the program with me and make sure the installation was successful. Bad, Bad, Bad!!!!!!!!!~!!!!!!!!
