Costco rep stated one price and I receive a bigger bill. I was to exchange phones and receive some phones for free. They didn't even send me the box to return the phones and are charging me for them. My bill was to be about $35 a phone and the bill that I was able to see states I paying over $10 dollars more. Needless to say I was to pay $175 a month and I pay almost $280. I signed up for paperless bills and never received a bill just an email to log in to see it. I log in and not able to view the bill. I will at the end of the term is change. I forgot to mention how much calls drop or sound really bad that I'm not able to understand.
