They will tell you every excuse in the world why you can't disconnect their awful service. Their outdated cheap equipment freezes and requires 10-30 minutes of frustration trying to reboot it. Coaxial cable is all we get from ATT in my area, pathetically slow, 20mb download 2mb upload speed is the best they offer. I recently recieved a new cable box from AT&T, it did not have a coaxial cable port, the only way I recieve the cable signal! You also get an earful of rehearsed broken English advertising for their other "services." If they disappeared tomorrow, no bother to me. PAALAM!
