Impossible to contact; even the poster of their US HO had a false phone number across it. I had a subscription covering just about everything but my computer failed totally and absoluteley. Tried to contact the company over many weeks but every attempt - phone, link ..... was blocked or not valid. A separate machine I had a single programme which expired 2 days ago so I gave full banking details for renewal; they accepted it and my bank details and continued to bost screens saying I was not covred. Checking, they didn't debit my account so tried again and they seem to have unmexplained problems. Are they bankrupt because there is no phone contact?
