When I walked in Management 4-5 deep…

When I walked in Management 4-5 deep was standing blocking an isle to walk down. They were not greeting people, the were talking among themselves. Customers had to walk around them. I also felt that I was back in the 80's for shopping in the store. Very disappointed. Will not be going back to this store. Also I hate shopping inside a Mall. Books are heavy and caring them thru the Mall is not a thing. If I want a book from B&N I will order it on line. I do not need someone at the store to order for me.
