I love shopping at B&N. I have acquired a large personal library from B&N, and shop there regularly to see new books.I do not like the new organizational system for the book displays, which is not user-friendly, and often requires me to ask for assistance to find a book. The previous system was far better. The checkout staff is often under-staffed.When the checkout line lengthens, additional staff should automatically be sent to help.I hate having to go to the Starbuck’s cafe to pay for books. This always takes much longer, as one has to wait for people to order food and drinks. I have often left the store rather than wait too long in this line to pay for my books.The staff is always helpful and friendly, in spite of not having enough staff to take care of the customers.
