Horrible . All I asked for was an itemized bill $ I got from an insurance company billing and threatening bill collection letter . Simply Sending me an invoice was too much for either one to figure out. Never got it for 3 months . After I wrote BBB. And talked forth and back with them and insurance company and got nothing from company in response to sending me an itemized bill And BBB couldn’t put 2 and 2 together that company never have a legit bill and we’re running and hiding and instead sided with them anyway. I can’t figure out who is more corrupt here. How can anybody go wrong concerning such a simple task. Neither of the 2 of them could accomplish such a simple task . I think they sided with them because they were nicer while I was more straight up simple and direct. Politically incorrect. Lol. It is about who is nicer not with who is cheating who they side with obviously. WOKE. Nouns not verbs. Lol. I also heard BBB gets money from big companies like this . I’m thinking it must have biased their decision. Wasn’t brains that did it , I know that for sure . BBB is on the take . Careful before you trust them . They Selling out to the highest bidder more than not , it is looking like. Just “ another” political organization disguised as neutral and looking out for EVERYBODY. I got case number if anybody wants to read it . Me asking for NOTHING BUT INVOICE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Maybe they got bored or thought I was rude and was looking for me to be more nice open chatty and a more friendly social kind of contact. And experience . I don’t know , it is Northern California .So one can definitely not count that out. Either way Boat was missed here big time. They couldn’t figure simplest request out . SICK. Got to something else going on that doesn’t fit into basics. I don’t care to tell BBB what they did here They already know all about it. It’s just me that is in need of some explanation.
