My experience with UPS and BetterAlt has been terrible. They keep making false promises about delivery dates, and every day they delay without any valid reason. This is clear dishonesty and a complete lack of professionalism. Their actions show no respect for their customers, only wasting time and causing frustration.I strongly advise against dealing with these companies due to their dishonesty, lack of transparency, and poor service.
