I first wrote to the Attorney General's Office with no satisfaction. I decided to go to the BBB and file my complaint. I was completely taken by surprise how helpful the BBB was. I filed my complaint with the BBB and within three days I heard back from the company I had issues with. I am pleased to say that I received my refund in full. With out the assistance of the BBB I would be out my $792. Thank you BBB for your honesty and faithfulness to the people and communities you serve.
