I wouldn't trust the BBB anymore. It is obvious that they are paid money, by businesses, to get their A+ ratings. They don't care about us consumers. For example, trying to get them to deal with The Home Depot and long story short...they closed our case and we are STILL having issues with The Home Depot. How can we file a complaint against the BBB?
