Tv licensing vans do not exist, remember they can ONLY detect a transmitted signal not a received signal. Tvs only receive a signal, they do not transmit. The bbc are nothing but filthy liars and con artists dont give in to their dirty tactics. The Bbc should be disbanded and closed. Remember they give certain minister's nice brown envelopes. Anyway their programs are Crap, anyone with half a brain would not watch any BBC
