Time to end the licence. It is clear that BBC can no longer substantiate its claim to be impartial. The public has lost trust and the quality of programmes in general and the news in particular is poor. The system of charge is unfair and unjustified and targets the poor who often don’t use the services. It is an organisation that from the trust pilot reviews clearly has very little support and should be funded on a subscription basis.
