I pay for SKY and Netflix and am happy with that. I pay a ridiculous amount for the BBC that I hardly ever watch BUT cannot cancel my contract? WHY? The TV Licence fee is NOT a TV fee, it's a BBC fee because ALL the money goes to the BBC. Quite happy NOT to get BBC; would spend the money on better quality TV channels. Guess what folks? It's NOT even on the government agenda to cancel the fee AND it's going to increase year on year whether you watch it or don't. How can this be a democracy that we live in?
