I recently purchased several products, a pair of 4x4 rugs, a nonskid mat, and 2 12v DeWalt batteries. The prices were great, and the addition of a 20% off coupon was even better. I had difficulty logging into my account, using the Google creation option. I had difficulty logging into the account to track the remaining 2/3 of the order. Customer Service was excellent at locating my account, verifying it was me, and allowing me to log in.The 3-star rating is for a couple of reasons:1) There was no order visible under the "Orders" tab, despite CS providing me with the tracking for the 2 remaining packages2) I (thankfully) used PayPal as the payment portal because 5 days later a suspicious $400+ charge was on my account. Thank goodness for their alerts and fraud protection. BBB was the last purchase made on PayPal, which is rarely used, which gives me doubt that the charge was initiated from somewhere else.In conclusion, while their prices can be excellent, I would be wary of their payment portal, and suggest using a safe, third-party, fraud-protected way of payment.
