I ordered some kitchen curtains with 2 panels and got only one—had to go to store and return it. The shipment indicated the merchandise would come within a specific days, but I ordered two of the same item and they only shipped one saying it was a partial shipment. That wouldn’t work for me and my my need and timeframe, so while at store I asked they cancel the order that was still in process and the clerk could not. I had to call a specific number and have them cancel the order. It was a redundant and frustrating experience. The customer service at BBB is appalling—it should not be that difficult, let alone ensuring merchandise shipped is complete! Done with BBB—I’ll go somewhere else.
