Lousy customer service

Their customer service and return policy are terrible. I bought an expensive shower gift for my daughter in-law. It was a few weeks before the shower. After the shower she had complications and was back and forth to the hospital in Toronto 5 hours away for weeks. When she finally had a chance to look at the gift she realized I had bought the wrong model. Best Buy would do nothing. They only offer 30 days to return unless it’s Christmas. So I guess Christmas is more important than health emergencies. Way to go and good way to loose customers. I told customer service all of this and they didn’t care. I’ll stick to places with better return policies in the future. Even Amazon is better. No wonder they can’t compete.
