They just cancel orders

Ordered 12/5, nothing showed up, contacted them 12/17 and they decided to just cancel my order, didn't even notify me. Worst Buy!!!! Still waiting for a refund too. . . . Ordered from Walmart instead same day delivery and I saved 2 bucks. Best Buy needs to figure out how online shopping works.
