This is for their BestBuy Trade-In program. It is absolutely worthless. They send you an email telling you the payout is scheduled, but when that didn't take place, it says to email them. That department is extremely sarcastic and unhelpful. After being nothing but condescending, this was their last reply; " As we said before, we CANNOT help you. This process is completely unrelated to us and we have no knowledge of any next steps you may need to take." I don't know how not getting the refund their department stated I was getting isn't related to them. If I wasn't so upset at all the time I've invested, this would be kinda funny
