Went to the Homestead to buy a IPAD ha ha !

Went to the Homestead store to purchase IPad mini. I had checked on line and product was available. Stood at the Apple area, many staff chatting but I was ignored. Interjected one conversation to be told to go to the front of the store. I asked for help, gent used his radio to call. I waited. A guy appeared I told him the exact spec which was confusing, but he scanned the QRCode and stated out of stock but could get one in black in 10 days. No thanks. I left and checked online which stated I could pick up within an hour. I went on the chat with the bot and then a person to ask why I could place a order for collection, but couldn’t buy in the same store, well that’s another story, the inability to answer a easy question, absolutely bizarre. What a dreadful company !
