Absolutely terrible experience with installing a dashcam. Was told our dashcam was a perfect fit for my car. We had to drive an hour away for our install since they didn't do this at any location closer to us. Which, of course, ended with the kindergarten graduate of an employee telling us AFTER AN HOUR that he couldn't successfully do our install because the trim on my 2023 car is too tight. We had 3-4 phone calls days before driving down, to make sure it would be the perfect fit for my car and the install would go as planned. But nothing ever works or goes as planned with BestBuy. BestBuy, you just lost an extremely loyal and good customer. I will forever be taking my business elsewhere.
