Went to best buy in naples florida. We had trade ins to help with an all in one desktop and a new laptop purchase. If your electronic is 100% working condition and less than 3 years old you might receive $10 bucks. We spent over an hour waiting to find out $0 dollars. We went back to the computer area to buy the 2 computers and no one to help. We waiting over 30 minutes watching employees walking around doing nothing.. then the lady that did help wanted a five star review. I've never had such a horrible experience. I will never go there again nor will I refer anyone to them.
