Bought a laptop from them that said in the Specs that it came with one year of Microsoft 365 (implying it's included), but when I received the laptop it didn't have it, and when I contacted support they said you had to buy the 15 month contract and would then get it at the 12 month contract price?!?!?! Totally different offer and wording, doesn't even make sense. Misleading description for sure. Was one of the main reasons I even bought that laptop so pretty annoyed
