I stayed at a best western in NH requested for a crib. Called day of arrival with ETA was told it would be in the room. Got there no crib so asked front desk and they said they would run one down. We went to get groceries 1 1/2 hours later returned no crib. Went to front desk asked where crib was said I can set it up get it whatever needed... guy was rude said it'll get there when it does and he will cx my reservation. 30 minutes later it arrived. My son didn't nap he was very over tired the day was ruined. Customer service was very nice gave me 5000 pts but that's like 20$ on a 200$ day that was ruined. Worst hotel experience I've ever had and I never complain
