KEGWORTH PACKINGTON ROAD we have just stayed there on a package deal for a double family birthday. The staff were great and really helpful. When we arrived we were given twin rooms but the staff soon changed the 4 of them for doubles without any fuss. For dinner we were given our own dining room and the service and food were both excellent. At breakfast we were given complimentary bucks fizz all round. The spa staff were very helpful too fitting us in for treatments. Overall 10 out of 10. Well done!
