A reaccurring customer

I stay here all the time because the rooms are very clean and the beds are super comfortable. But I ended up disappointed by the Rude staff members. The front desk staff are always snotty, and act like they can't be bothered. The housekeeping staff is the same way. There is only one accomadating staff member here and that is the maintence man. He is very polite and has no attitude about helping the guest.I am a good reaccuring customer. I have paid thousands of dollars to this hotel and they could care a less. They treat me like I walked up off the treat.I never bother them for anything, cause their rude if I do.The only thing I ask for is to not wake me up in the morning when I have paid for my room the night before. I have a medical condition I'm battling and take a lot of medication. In fact I stay here also because it's right down the street from Kaiser hospital. Most of my money goes to paying my medical expenses. So it's difficult for me to book a room for several days at one time. Because I book day to day they find it necessary to pound on my door and continue to call my room in order for me to come downstairs and sign a piece of paper. Even though the room is paid for again. I could care a less that I'm a constant customer that doesn't give them any problems.
