Wish I'd read these reviews before signing up to Bigcommerce. I used Bigcommerce for less than a year before realizing that all my stats from my wordpress website were going downhill... fast. I've since moved my site and things are going back to normal... Then I get hit with an annual subscription fee as apparently I hadn't cancelled it correctly. I messaged support to try and get a refund but they wouldn't give the money back even though I hadn't been using their services for a few months. Looking at the reviews below it's clear that it's because people are leaving them in droves. I still get messages from Wordpress saying they're about to charge my card for this or that service that I've signed up to and forgotten about... Which gives me time to go in and cancel the service before I'm charged. I'm genuinely shocked how bad Bigcommerce is - please take everyone's advice and don't use them!!
