No consideration into my financial stability

I've run my website on BigCommerce for 10 years. They automatically upgrading my subscription when I just tipped over the threshold and I've been stuck in it for almost a year now. My sales for this year have been terrible and I've explained to them that I simply cannot afford to keep making the payments to them for the much more expensive price tier. I don't care about any of the feature upgrades that were given with the website upgrade, I just need to cut costs and they couldn't care less. It is now having a dramatic negative affect on my ability to stay in business.This is no way to treat a loyal customer who is now looking to take their business elsewhere for the next 10+ years.
