I am so glad I made the decision!! The customer service is outstanding! Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. It is refreshing to know good customer service is still out there. They help me day or night, sometimes multiple times in a day. I always get my questions answered, they do whatever it takes to help with problems and are always very professional. They offer paid sessions on a number of things that have helped me and I can live chat with someone 24/7 if I have a question. 100% satisfied with BigCommerce and their staff!
